Terms & Conditions

You’re entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is faulty.
  2. The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
  3. With in 30days of purchase date

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers, please be mindful of the services we offer and our availability before purchasing for someone. 

This policy also applies to online purchases, which can be returned to stores with proof of purchase.

If your online purchase is refunded in store, your refund will be made to the original payment method, except PayPal, Afterpay payments which will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card.

If you wish to be refunded via your original payment method of PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay, please email hair@rocaverde.com.au with your order number and reason for returning your item.
